Ben Hinerfeld works in both our Philadelphia and Plymouth offices. He began practicing special education law as pro bono co-counsel with the venerable Public Interest Law Center, an organization with which the firm regularly collaborates.
In 2013, he founded this firm, and represents clients throughout Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York.
Ben is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and North Carolina , the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey, the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the 2nd, 3rd, and 9th Circuits.
Ben attended Vassar College as an undergraduate. He went to law school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He received a master's degree in history from the University of Texas at Austin,

Hallam Roth Harper expertly navigates our clients through some of the most complex situations. She works with public agencies across the Philadelphia region to help at-risk students with disabilities receive a free appropriate public education.
Prior to joining Hinerfeld Law, Hallam was a staff attorney at the Education Law Center where she provided individual representation to at-risk students, worked on legislative and policy initiatives to improve access to education for students in foster care and students with disabilities, and co-chaired the Philadelphia Coalition of Special Education Advocates.
Hallam completed her undergraduate and law degrees at the University of Virginia.
