Ben Hinerfeld works in both our Philadelphia and Plymouth offices. He began practicing special education law as pro bono co-counsel with the venerable Public Interest Law Center, an organization with which the firm regularly collaborates.
In 2013, he founded this firm, and represents clients throughout Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York.
Ben is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina and Delaware, the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Northern and Southern Districts of New York, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the 2nd, 3rd, and 9th Circuits.
He is a member of the Council of Parents Attorneys and Advocates (COPAA)
Hallam Roth Harper expertly navigates our clients through some of the most complex situations. She works with public agencies across the Philadelphia region to help at-risk students with disabilities receive a free appropriate public education.
Prior to joining Hinerfeld Law, Hallam was a staff attorney at the Education Law Center where she provided individual representation to at-risk students, worked on legislative and policy initiatives to improve access to education for students in foster care and students with disabilities, and co-chaired the Philadelphia Coalition of Special Education Advocates.
Hallam completed her undergraduate and law degrees at the University of Virginia.
